If they can produce MusicXML or MIDI files you can import that. Otherwise you might print a PDF and import it with something like Photoscore.

You would just export from Band in a Box as a MIDI file and import that file into Sibelius.

Either way, you'd almost certainly have some tidying up to do in Sibelius, as with almost all MIDI files.

And of course, if BIAB was using 'Real Tracks', there will only be an audio track, no MIDI.
