What do you mean by 'highlight?

Is this with the purpose of making them more apparent to the musician reading the part? Rather than a highlight or colour change that won't print out, I suggest you simply make them bigger. Easily done as long as they were correctly made using Repeat Text style, either by selecting the objects and changing size in the Text tab or by modifing the Repeat Text style.

I want to do this (see Attachment, difficult to see). These day's you use a tablet to read music and I can do this in a pdf programm, but when you have to change the music later than I have to do it again. I know to change the Color, but I want to leave these sign's black.

I tend not to use repeats. Sib's signs & codas are far too tiny to be eye-balled quickly. When they have to be used they should be prominent. Finale's jazz symbols are eye-catching, especially when sized intelligently by the user. See attached.

Yep, you're right. I always take the same housestyle, but it's good to study a few hours into this section.

You can filter for Repeat text (DC/DS) and apply highlighting, which I think can be printed or you could simply make it bigger or alter the text style to have boxed text.

They're as big as we choose to make them. As Adrian demonstrates in his attachment!
