I got this error message. I tried to follow the instructions to fix it. But I don't see where to select playback devices or audio engine options.

The audio engine failed to start in rewire mode. Choose Play?Playback Devices, click audio engine options, then clean up, then restart sibelius.

Can someone help? I don't see why I should pay $30 for a help session.

Just follow the instructions as given in your post: they are precisely correct:

- click ribbon tab Play
- in ribbon section "Setup", click the dialog launcher, to get "Playback Devices";
- at the bottom of the "Playback Devices", click button "Audio Engine Options";
- in "Audio Engine Options", click "Clean up".
