Hi!
The bar numbers that Sibelius shows in blue above the staff (when having view/bar numbers on) - are these editable in some way? I would like to have the default position higher so it doesn't collide with the music. Please see attached pic.

Ok, see what they mean. But when editing you can get in to trouble with cross staff notation, and also outside panorama it would be nice to not have a blank staff when editing.
Is there NO way to edit this internal setting, without having to do a personal mockup?
