The score looks fine, but when I print the parts, the multiple bar rests splits. How fix those? In the parts of Fl, ob, cl, multiple bar splits between bar 40 and 51-why?

The multirests are broken in the Parts at bar 51 because of a forced page-break in the Full Score. Remove the forced page-break and the multirests will combine.

Or, if you want to retain the page break in the score, untick the options indicated in my attachment.

How do you fix a single question split among four threads? You ask it once. ;^)

As you can see, various sensible things cause multiple bar rests to split. Often, say for tempo changes, this is a good thing. Other times, it makes sense to remove the cause.
