Is there a way to specify sections in a score within a letter? For Example: Letter A then in bar 9 is it possible to have a rehearsal mark that shows A9 [section letter plus bar number of that section]?

You can certainly have Rehearsal Marks in that format, but I think you'll have to enter each one manually.

The only way I can see to do it semi-automatically would be to restart bar numbering at 1 at every main section, and manage without displaying normal bar numbers. Then start a new Rehearsal Mark sequence at each section.

Easier just to type in what you want, where you want it, I think!
