Please attach screen-shots of the following Sibelius dialogue windows: 1. Playback devices; 2. This happens if you run something like GarageBand at the same time as Sibelius. In "Audio-Engine-Optionen", click "Reparieren", and follow instructions. If that doesn't work, click "Aufräumen", and follow instructions. It must be something in the old account which is causing the problem. There should be multiple com.avid.sibelius75.plist files in the Mac, one in the System Library, and one in each User Library. Which one did you trash?
