Sib. 7.5: Sib 7.5 crashes when I try to save file

Have had Sib 7.5 for a while now, but it has started to crash when I try to save a file. It doesn't matter whether I go to the drop down menu and 'save as...' or press Control +S. Any ideas?

Is this on Mac OS or on Windows?

Is it Sibelius version 7.5 or version 7.5.1?

Was Sibelius running full-screen or windowed when it crashed?

What are the exact symptoms of the "crash"? Exact text of messages, etc?

Hi Robin - yes, sorry - Windows 8, Sib 7.5.1, full screen, when I try to save the menu box comes up for my files but then freezes and an error message offers me the 3 options of closing, restarting or waiting.

Is this ONLY one specific score or with all scores?

If its one score, it would help if you attach it here, (if youre able to, considering you cant save it!:)--possibly from your Backup scores folder etc?

file size limit 900k, so someone might help.

Thank you Bob, I have solved the problem with an official Sibelius suggestion - apparently on 7.5.1 Sib can crash if you use a shortcut to start up - they're working on fixing it, but suggested reducing the size in dpiscaling in Windows 8.1, and this seemed to work. Not fully compatible apparently.
