How can I go back and look at older threads in the chat page? I asked a question before and I cannot find the thread?

Have you tried...

click 'settings' (in the forum)
click 'web-based forum settings'
scroll down to the section named 'which messages show'and type into the box the how many days you would like the forum to go to (for example i've set it so it shows me messages from the last 50 days)

so to look up playback do: playback site:sibelius.com--the search term followed by site:sibelius.com
