Hello
Just wondering if anybody else is having the same problem. I want to use Ivory as my playback device instead of the Sibelius sample player. I can see Ivory in the active instruments, it displays correctly in the mixer, but on the Ivory display I see no MIDI signal is received. Do I need to delete the Sibelius sample player in the mixer in order to route MIDI from Sibelius into Ivory?

Please attach screen-shots of the Sibelius dialogue window "Playback Devices".

If you have multiple playback devices enabled, what steps have you taken to route the piano staff output to Ivory?

Please clarify what is meant by "on the Ivory display I see no MIDI signal is received.". What is meant by "the Ivory display", exactly? Why are you expecting MIDI data when presumably you have an Ivory VST plug-in within Sibelius?

Thanks for your quick response
Here is a screenshot fot my Playback Devices window.
Perhaps my question should have been: what are the steps to route the piano staff(ves) into Ivory.
The only way I can hear Ivory play (and receive MIDI) is if I to a test on it.
The Ivory interface has a red light that signals when MIDI is received by the plugin. I'm also attaching a screenshot of it.

Does the "Choose File" button in this thread allow for more than 1 jpg at the time?

Use the "Preferred Sounds" tab of "Playback Devices" to send data from the piano instrument to "Ivory", and everything else to "Sibelius Player".
