I am sure that some kind person answered this query for me a year or two ago, but it's happened again and I've forgotten the solution.

In dragging some plain system text from one page to the next, it has become "stuck" where it crosses the crease in the page, and now will not move, or be selected so I can delete it.

There are a number of methods that might work in various circumstances:

1. Hold down the Shift key while dragging a selection rectangle around the text;

2. If you know which bar the text is anchored to, select that bar and do "Reset Position";

3. In "Document Setup", increase the page size until the errant text is back on the page, and selectable.

In future, rather than dragging text over a page boundary, either cut-and-paste it to the new position, or do the move in Panorama mode.
