The only way I can give the notes more space is to change the voice on one or more of them, create a new note-head style with no stem, then move it into place with Xpos (general properties). You will need to move accidentals into better positions too (not at all easy). [example attached]

Clusters have never been easy (even in handwritten manuscript days!!) especially including two note names with different accidentals. What I have found useful is, where possible, to use more than one staff and separate the notes out.
