\$partname\ is set to not show on first page.
It shows correctly in parts, starting on page 2.

But in the score it starts showing on page 3.

The score has a title page so the music in the score starts on page 2.

Sorry, I am a Finale guy and only occasionally do Sibelius. So little things like that stump me.

Please attach the Sibelius .sib score file that demonstrates the issue, and clarify what target state you are trying to achieve.

Check 'show hidden objects' in the view tab. You should be able to see the hidden header as grey. Select it and edit its text style, unchecking 'hidden on 1st page' in the edit text styles ->repeat dialog. Go back to your score and, with the header selected, rt-click and choose hide->show in score.
