Can anyone please tell me what the plural of 'colla parte' is? (ie with more than one solo part to follow).

'Colle parti' perhaps?

Google translate is not much help and my Italian dictionary gives 'colla' as 'paste' and 'colle' as 'hill'!

Yes, 'colle parti' is right (with the meaning that the score is provided with all the parts: "ecco la partitura colle parti d'orchestra")
