Updating Aria player & engine to V 1.620 successful, but now after I start Sibelius, opening a music file gives this: "Sibelius.exe has stopped working / Sibelius.exe is restarting". The program closes & restarts immediately.
I obviously missed something, but what?

Yes, we have many reports of Sibelius crashing after ARIA Player being updated. It's never happened to me after updating ARIA, but several others have reported it.

Did you remember to replace the ARIA Player VST that Sibelius links to with the updated version of the VST?

I wish to thank everyone for their (your) prompt and useful answers.
I wound up uninstalling and reinstalling both GPO4 and Sib 7, so I'm
back up & running. The next time Aria advertises an update I will be
sure to ask if the Sib crash thing has been fixed. Till then I'm
running with Aria 1.111. And if I'm having problems with it I have
no idea what they are. Thanks again.
