Why do you say the staccato dots are "wrongly" placed? They are placed exactly where the score's Engraving Rules specify them to go: "Always above". You can change the Engraving Rules if you like, in Engraving Rules -> Articulations.

Thanks. Still don't completely have "the knowledge". Unchecking always above did the trick.

There is something very strange on playback in bar 11 bottom staff. I think it's a hidden tremolo. Similar thing happened to me a few days ago.
