Hey all,

I am new here and fairly new to Sibelius… go easy on me :)

I am having a problem with panorama view in that the instrument names are not showing as I scroll to the right…

Is anyone else having this problem and it is a known bug, or am I missing something here?

You should be seeing something like this (attached).

Maybe the problem discussed in this thread hasn't been solved yet?

OK, so I figured this out. The 'instrument names' option is tied to the 'bar number' check box in the view settings...

To ensure the instrument names show in panorama view this must be set to show.

View-> Invisibles ->Bar Numbers

It might be nice if they were separate check boxes :)

Yes, I would have been confused if the checkbox were off and as to where to find it.

At least it could say "View-> Invisibles ->Bar Numbers/Instrument Names"
or some such.
