I am trying to reach Avid for Sibelius support of 7.5.1 crashes.

1. Called the Avid support line, I've been on for 10 minutes after pressing 5 for technical support. All I heard is occasional white noise.

2. I'm online trying to purchase a on-time support case. The support case is in my shopping cart, I click on PayPal, and the page just refreshes. WORMHOLE.

Anyone have any ideas as to how to contact Avid / Sibelius support?

At this point, I'm planning on RE-purchasing Sibelius 7.5 from Sweetwater. They have free tech support and actually answer the phone.

also I dont know how long ago you purchased Sib 7.5--but you should look into here re ASC:

Thanks, I'll try Sam Butler. And thanks for the links. I'll try those later tonight.

I purchased 7.5 last Spring. My 90 days are up.

Yes, re-paying $89 for the upgrade for free Sweetwater tech support forever is worth the headache I've received over the last 24 hours, plus the $30 I'll spend each time I want tech support from Avid. I had heard their support had gone downhill and beyond over the years, I just never experienced it until now.
