Use tempo text, but aim a bit to the left of the Y key to hit the T ;-)

The best way to make a tempo change for playback is to write a Tempo text instruction or a Metronome mark in the score.

PS if you already a Tempo text instruction or Metronome mark in your score, you can double click on it and edit it--you'll see the blinking cursor; or click once on it, to highlight it, and delete it, and then enter what you now want, in the same manner you originally entered it.

While your at it consider registering the domain name, yempo.com.

It's just a matter of time before some new startup wants this one... the only question is what service will they be offering.
