I have just changed my laptop to new windows 8 one. Downloaded latest Sibelius 7 first, entered sys id etc and all was fine. Tried to export audio file but couldn't as only configuration is General MIDI(basic) Can't find Sibelius 7 First Sounds. Where can I find them and how do I get them into my system. Any help appreciated but please make it simple.

"Sibelius 7 First Sounds" is a separate installation to Sibelius 7 First, the application. You must have had the installer for the Sounds on your previous laptop, so copy it across and run it on the new one.

If you have unfortunately deleted the previously downloaded Sounds installer, then the only place you can download it from is from your account at http://account.avid.com/ where all your downloads are preserved.
