Moved and now my desktop PC with activated Sibelius 7 is dead, no video signal, etc., dead in the water, so I am switching to an all in one PC and just installed Sibelius. Somehow I need to deactivate the Sibelius on that dead PC and activate it on my new PC. When I run Sib 7 now and click to activate it I get a popup window saying due to a registry error that Avid License Control is not installed. Any help appreciated, I just want to get Sibelius running again on my PC. I bought Sib 6 legal and then upgraded some time ago to Sib 7 so just try to get running again with my legal Sib 7. When I log into Avid.com it shows I do not even have access to Support so how am I supposed to get a support ticket going on this?
