Curly quotes, or smart quotes, aren't automatically generated in Sibelius, but knowing these tips will quickly boost your score's IQ.

Thanks: I've always wished there was a shortcut for doing this. But sadly they don't seem to respond to italics: I immediately made the change in the two screen-shots, but regretfully decided that the 'smart' ones look even worse, and changed it back!

(Also, I can't make it work in Open Office. But that is another matter....)
