Does anybody know how to convert 4/4 to 2/4 time signature? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you very much.

If you want the same notes, just insert the new key signature. If you want 8ths to become 16ths etc, use the Halve Note Values function. I think it may have been a plugin back in the days of Sibelius 5.
