To Whom it man concern:

I have recently purchased a Sibelius Upgrade 7.5…. I have also unsuccessfully a number of times tried to download Sibelius 7.5 Sounds from my products, due to bad connectivity and time out issues. I have only now read in the FAQ that if I would like to purchase an upgrade via a download and also would like THE SET OF INSTALLATION dvd’s, that what I should have done is to add the Sibelius replacement Discs to my basket – which I did not do, because I did not know that I could do this. Having had so much trouble unsuccessfully downloading Sibelius 7.5 Sounds I have consequently decided I would rather like to have the set of replacement Discs so I can install the Sibelius Sounds without the problems I have had up to now.

Please can you advise how to go about obtaining the set of 4 installation DVD’s.

You might also try contacting the Avid registration support team about this first, before buying anything and explaining the problem to them.
