Hi I've just imported a house style which uses fonts that I've recently installed on my computer. It looks like Sibelius recognizes the fonts that are needed because the name of the font is written to the right of the actual font in use (as the screen shot shows), but for some reason Sibelius isn't implementing the needed font.

The fonts are .PFB files and I installed them in the Library/Fonts folder on my Mac. I restarted Sibelius and imported the house style but it doesn't seem to recognize the installed fonts

Does anyone have an idea of how to get Sibelius to recognize and use the new fonts?

PFB font files are for Windows PCs, and don't work on Macs.

Thanks for the links Robin and Bob

I've converted the files to .ttf files using fontconverter.org, and I've put the new files into library/fonts and restarted Sibelius, imported the House Style again, and reset design, however Sibelius still does not seem to be recognizing the new fonts.

Am I installing the fonts improperly or is there a step inside Sib. that I'm leaving out?

Perhaps try restarting the whole computer?
