Does anyone know why certain chords in my score are coloured a light amber while others aren't? What am I doing wrong? I've never had this happen before and I'm sure I did something but can't figure out what. I'd appreciate any info whatsoever.

Just guessing..as it seems to only be happening on the highest placed chords, it seems maybe the amber is substituting--or showing up as amber on your colored background-- for collisions, instead of red..?

Or, you're looking at a piano part and you've manually moved the chords upwards and have the "Differences 'in Parts'" box checkbox checked in the View tab.

Bob, at first that's what I thought as well. But moving them around didn't help. Richie, you nailed it. That's exactly what it was. I unchecked the box and everything is fine now. Thanks to the both of you for your responses.
