Hi,

Rinforzando and sforzando are not played back properly : only sf and fz increase velocity but sfz, sffz..have no effect.
Wath can I do in order to correct this problem?

You can assign an effect to any word in the Playback Directory.

For occasional use, it might be easier to use one of the preset terms for the benefit of Sibelius playback and hide it, then write whatever you want for live musicians to read.
