Hi there, I'm a Mac user (OS X Lion 10.7.5) using Sibelius 7.5.

Is anyone else having problems with the Hauptwerk All Stops organ sounds when using the Manual Sound Sets, Sibelius 6 and 7 Sound Combo? For me, sometimes it plays back ok, but most of the time it doesn't at all, and gives me this message:

"There has been an error loading a sample into the Sibelius Player. Please check your installation. File: Essentials/Keyboard/Hauptwerk All Stops.patch"

Sometimes it substitutes the Soft Organ sound from Sibelius 7. Other times it gives me nothing, and other times it seems to work fine until I try to export the audio, and then it gives me the same message again. Other times it crashes the program entirely, and I either have to restart Sibelius or restart my computer.

I've tried reinstalling the Sound library in its entirety, and that didn't seem to work.

Also, I've had this same problem with other sounds from the sound library (some winds, brass, and choral sounds too). The sound library seems quite unstable, and when I want to try out different sounds for different sections, it sometimes gives me the error message above, or crashes the program.

Does the file whose name is referenced in the error message actually exist?

The message refers to a sound from the Sibelius 6 Essentials sound library. Is that sample library actually installed on this Mac?
