Please give much more detailed information, and attach a Sib score which demonstrates the problem--file size limit 900k.

Also pls give some information about your system..OS, Version, RAM, etc.

It might be best if you go to:
Note Input tab>Note Values>Double (top-right of Sibelius screen)

It creates the double values notes in a separate score.

(Select bars first.)

The "Copy Double Note Plugin" just caused Sibelius to crash on my Mac.

To run the plugin, select the bars in the score you'd like doubled and run the plugin, then paste the result into your score.

There is no dialog with this plugin so it appears not to work at first.

If that's not what you want pls follow Bob's suggestions.

Pls see the following plugin, and attachment-Category: Composing Tools:

"Copy Double Note Values and Copy Halve Note Values are variants of the shipping plugins Double Note Values and Halve Note Values. These plugins double or halve the durations of the selected notes, then put their results into the clipboard, rather than into a separate score. You can then paste the results into any score with the normal Paste command."

This saves the hassle of creating a separate score.

I can run both the Copy Double and Copy Half note plugins fine on my Win 7 machine in Sib 7.5.

Richie, does it crash in all scores and selection? If not could you send me an example of when it fails?

It crashed once on a score . . . I'll try it again over the next few days and if it happens again, I'll send you the score.
