Sib. First: Re-installing Sibelius First

I had to reformat my computer and now I need to reinstall Sibelius First. I can't figure out how to do this. I bought it online and downloaded it so I have no packaging or installation CD. When logged in to my Avid account my purchase history shows I haven't bought anything.

Please help me

It should be in your Avid account--under "My Products"

It's not under "My Products" either. I have an email with the activation code, confirmation of purchase etc... That's about it.

I contacting Avid about 5 days ago and no reply

I've tried contacting Sibelius via phone no one will answer.

Check that you are logging in to the Avid account for the same e-mail address under which you originally purchased Sibelius First online.

The earlier confirmation e-mails will have been sent to the e-mail address which you need to log on with now.
