I use this facility a lot and find it frustrating that the dotted input caret is much too faint and most often is completely hidden by the note stem making it impossible to tell whether it is ready to go or where it actually is at any moment. A more prominent caret placed say a space before the starting note would be most welcome for my ageing eyesight. A flashing beacon would be nice.
