Sibelius' Vers. 7 startup passage plays, but example scores or written scores will not sound through my Mac Pro1,1 using my RME Fireface 400 Interface

The startup music uses the computer's default playback device.

Sibelius playback uses whatever you TELL it to use in Play/Setup/Audio Engine Options.

What are your settings here?
