Am I correct in my experience that it's not possible to select and delete Hit Points via point and click on the score?

And in the Edit Hit Points window, it's not possible to select multiple hit points for deletion, but instead they must be clicked, then the delete button clicked, for each one?

Yes they can only be deleted via the Play Tab>Video>Hit Points>Edit Hit Points window.

And you can delete all hit points in the edit Hit Points window, at once, or select and delete each one at a time.
