So I was writing last night and the sounds were working fine. This morning I downloaded an update for my MacBook Pro and today as I try to write, every time I reopen Sibelius, another sound from the drumline library is gone. So now I have no drumline sounds for playback with Sibelius 7 Sounds. But the mixer is registering the sounds are playing. Any help?
Any number, expressed in milli-seconds. When it's zero, it usually indicates that Sibelius audio output is not working at all. But I infer from your post that you can hear the rest of the score just fine. That's strange.

Your screen-shot of the "Get Info" panel for Sibelius 7 Sounds indicates that the sound sample files are present in the expected numbers.
Please check Sibelius Preferences -> Sibelius Player Options -> Maximum Number of channels
is set to its maximum setting (128).
Please also check that all the RAM in the Mac is present and correct, and functioning. Maybe if a RAM chip is loose, there might not be enough functioning RAM in the Mac for Sibelius Player to load all its sounds.

I extracted the percussion parts into their own score (so its only Snare, Tenor, Bass, Cymbals.) The Sounds work perfectly by themselves. However, in the large score with the band they do not work. I have never had this issue before today.
Could you confirm that you have indeed fully shut-down and restarted the Mac OS? (I don't mean just putting it to sleep and waking it up again - sorry if that's obvious).
And just check that "About this Mac" acknowledges that all that 16GB of RAM is in use.
