Sib. 7.5: Photoscore Ultimate does not identify small staff

I have opened a pdf-file in photoscore with three staffs. The first one is small. Photoscore identifies it as a five-line staff, but the read page shows only one big line. The other two staffs are shown correctly. Can someone help me?

Can you e-mail to me the PDF file so that I can see how it behaves in PhotoScore?

i don't know if you use pc or mac so I've made reference to the differences. which version of photoscore are you using?

Have you tried this
on the locate staves page.


1.click on the blue small line selection and delete the blue selection by pressing delete on pc or backspace on macbook.

2.click on one of the larger lines that has been recognised properly.

3.hold down alt and click on the small line that wasn't detected correctly press 5 to say its a five line staff, it will probably say needs manual adjustment click and drag till the area is mostly aligned with the small stave or till photoscore says aligned.

4. select read page see if this makes any difference

I could solve the problem by de-installing and new-installing Photoscore.
