When I open a file and use the transport button, the file will not playback; when I open the mixer, no sounds seem to be attached to the instruments and Sibelius Player cannot be found in the playback devices.

Please attach screen-shots of the following Sibelius dialogue windows:
1. Playback Devices;
2. Audio Engine Options.

3. and a screen-shot of the Finder "Get Info" panel for the folder:
Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Avid/Sibelius Sounds/Sibelius 7 Sounds/
