Sib. 6.x: Guitar Chord diagrams

I am trying to input some guitar chord diagrams in the vertical plane and have succeeded with entering the diagram with the dots for the fingering, but I cannot see how to enter a bracket joining two of the fingering dots. Can anyone help please? See attached graphic where I have added the bracket in Photoshop!

Hi Geoff,


You can use 'click-hold' — 'drag'. . . where you'll want to click upon the dot, Hold it, and drag across the others to extend the bracket which Sibelius should start to draw as soon as you move onto the neighboring strings.

Jim, I have tried that within Guitar Scale Diagram and then Edit, but nothing appears. Am I in the wrong place to to do this?

You need to use the guitar chord diagrams not the guitar scale diagrams and then do what Jim says above.

Thanks all. It is so easy when you know how! Even managed to edit the diagram when the one offered by Sibelius wasn't what I wanted.
