I have a strange problem.

I have a score laid out the way that I want, in Landscape Orientation. When I save it as a *.sib file, it's fine. Whenever I re open it, it is the same, however, when I save it as a pdf through the print dialog, it prints in portrait. The layout is still set up as landscape, and it all prints on the page, but it just prints in the center and it wider than it is tall.

How can I change this and have it print as a pdf correctly?

This forum is always awesome..thanks for any help!!!

Just guessing, but this is probably due to your pdf printer driver settings.

Check "Page Setup" in the Sibelius print dialogue. Also, tell us whether this is on Mac OS or on Windows.

I checked Page Setup and tried a few variations to no avail.

Please attach a Sibelius .sib score file which demonstrates the problem.

Check your page settings in acrobat reader or whatever you use as well. There are several places where this can go wrong! I had similar problems - but not just with Sibelius - and eventually worked out how to sort it. All settings in all programs/systems involved must be set to the same settings.

In Sibelius 6, apart from Document Set-up you also need to check Document Set-up > Page Set-up
