Hello, I am posting this here because the technical support online submission doesn't work. I need a replacement DVD for Content 1. I would prefer a download, since the disk had an error at first use (unreadable). I tried cleaning it, copying the content, nothing worked. So a download would be really helpful and fast. Thanks.

This was a pretty common issue. When I updated to Sib 7 and the DVD didn't work, Daniel was pretty honest about it being probably better to bite the bullet and spend a whole day downloading the files rather than trying to get a new DVD to work (not sure if it was a Windows issue or an Avid issue).

It's possible to download the entire Sounds installer. But I don't think it will be configured as separate disk-worths.
