I can't figure out how to make 5 notes in the space of a half measure of 6/8 time.

When I hit the first eight note and hit Cmd-5 it tells me there's not enough space. When I go into the Plug-ins I can't figure out how to tell it what I want.

Would someone know the answer?

You don't need a plugin. Use create->tuplet and set the ratio to 5:3.

Hi,

Stick with basing it off an eighth note, but go into the tuplet menu and create the ratio 5:3

That was a new menu item for me. I'd never investigated the "other" option of that menu.
