When I first downloaded my version of Sibelius First The sound during playback worked perfectly fine so I am assuming it is not a problem with the download. Now however there is no sound at all during playback. There is not even sound registered on the mixer. Please Help!

Please try restarting your computer and see if that helps.

If there is really nothing registering in the Sibelius Mixer, then I might suspect that the score contains the work "tacet", which Sibelius respects.

Does the problem affect all scores, or just one score file? IF the latter, please attach the Sibelius .sib score file, so that we can see what needs to be done to make it play.
