Hi,
I am owner os Sibelius 7 and I'd like to buy update 7.5 from Avid site. My credit card is without any problems and also I have a PayPall acount. I don't now why at the finish of buyng process I found this text on Avid sites: There was an error processing your payment. Please If you can help me to buy this product Thank you, I wait some advices.

Hi Catalin,
I had a similar problem, recently, with another order (not Sibelius) then I discovered my my online bank had troubles itself with online payments. So contact your bank to check it's all right...

Thank you for answer.I have 2 credit cards at diferent banks and unfortunatly I tryed bouth of them wits the same result. There was an error processing your payment. I realy like this product and I don't know how to solve this problem. I can buy everithyng everywhere with all of my credit card but only with Avid I have this problem.
