Hello, I've run into this problem on several scores where Sibelius won't change the distance between all staves when adjusting the spaces between staves. I've tried to adjust in the Layout tab in the ribbon, and also in the engraving rules. The only staff that is effected by the adjustment is the LH piano. If someone can help with this, I'd great appreciate it, thanks.

In this score, the staff size is too large for the number of staves on the small size of paper. Either give it a larger paper size, or reduce even further the staff size.
