Hi all,

After using Sibelius heavily without incident for the last few days, I'm suddenly getting the following message when trying to launch Sibelius -

Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library (not responding)

R6304
An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly. Please contact application support team for more information.

I've tried checking for updates, but it seems I am up to date already.

Any words of advice?

Sometimes even experienced computer users forget Troubleshooting Solution #1 - switch the computer fully off then back on?

Yesterday white working with Sibelius 6.2 I had the message: missing MSVCRR80.dll
To day I got the message: Runtime error R6034. I tried to repare it with the disk and tried uninstall/install. But no results. Who can help me?

Have you recently updated iTunes? If so, that might be the problem.

I had this problem (win7) after installing the 'match' facility in iTunes. I ended up unistalling every 'apple' programme. Then running the microsoft runtime update then re-installing iTunes. No problem with win8.
