Hi,
when I try to open a pdf in photoscore lite I get this message: "Invalid UTF8 data". What is wrong? It's the same with different pdf:s from different sources (even from Sibelius).

I have seen this with another user from Denmark. This problem is known to
happen within some versions of Windows that are in languages containing accents. Neuratron has a solution for this. You need to download the latest version and replace a file in the Neuratron folder. You can get the file and the details if you write to Neuratron support from their website.

Thanks for the reply. I got the Photoscore lite included when I upgraded to Sibelius 7.1, and as far as I can see I can't find any product ID to register to be able to have access to their support. Do you know where to find the ID or do you have thje email address?

The latest version of PhotoScore Lite is, as far as I know, 7.0.2 (or 7.0.2.1 on Mac), and you can get it here:

Thanks Daniel, but that's the version I have. What I need is the replace file to fix it from Neuraton (see above in this thread).

Try emailing them at [email protected]. I'm afraid I'm not aware of any such additional fix available from them.
