Sib 7.1.2 has crashed twice today. Where are auto saves? I can't believe that I've lost two hours of work. What a piece of crap.

I find it crashes with alarming regularity, often at the end of a session when I', saving off the final copy, but also when I close it down it causes a BSOD. It's going back onto the back burner and I'm reverting to 6.2.

I usually apply the same philosophy for all work that I do, even if I use Sibelius, or if I use the Notepad:
I save my work every 2 minutes (CTRL-S).

This seems obvious, but it help saving many hours of work.

Sibelius crashed are often due to other interacting software (i.e. VST plugins, soundcard drivers, etc.).
Somtimes, when it seems hanged, just wait 30 aeconds and, if Sibelius has not really crashed, it will return to respond.

Patrick, you can send me the crash logs produced when Sibelius crashes, and I'll take a look at them. You'll need to email them to me. They're in /Users/[your username]/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports.

Sib 7 is now crashing regularly immediately after exporting to audio (MP3).
