There's a keyboard shortcut to toggle Preferences>Score Position>"Follow selection" assignable under Keyboard Shortcuts>'Navigation' (p.119 of the manual pdf) but I can't find the equivalent for "Follow Playback Line" on the same page to enable/disable autoscroll. Screenshots attached.

Is there one, or if not, is there a way of simulating this into a shortcut?

It isn't possible to assign a keyboard shortcut for that checkbox, I'm afraid.
