In the attacehd score, the program won't play back the last note all the way through. It does if you select it and hit P, but if you unselect the notes and play from start, or any position, having moved the playback line, the note doesn't sound for its whole length. Why?

Perhaps the staccato dot over the last note is doing what a staccato dot generally does? :-)

It's hard to see what the dot AND the tie signify? I suggest you remove one of them!

Aah. Hadn't spotted that/realised the dot on a the first of two tied notes would affect that. The dot of course was only meant to apply to those notes which don't continue as a hum. (The hum was added after the 'pa-cem' and I forgot to remove the staccato.) I did check for staccati (?) hiding on the minims or semi-breves but didn't find any. Now I know. Thank you, problem fixed.

The silly thing is, I SORT of knew what you meant by the staccato, the tie and the mmm continuation!
