Hi,

I have reigsterd Sibelius 5 on my OS Lion and now that I have bought update for Sibelius 7 I would first like to unregister the older version from my computer. I have send info through Avid's Registration Cease Creation form, and they contacted me via email how they can free my registration. I replied to them on monday, but i still haven't got any response. I tried to call avid customer service, but they ask Avid Support Codes which I don't have, beacause the old version of Sibelius. Does anyone know how could I contact them, or do I just have to wait for their contact?

You should just wait for a further response to your existing case, Petteri. If you really can't wait, then you can call the registration support number in the UK listed on this page:

http://www.sibelius.com/helpcenter/contact.html

which does not require an Avid Support Code to speak to an advisor. Be aware that this will be an international call, and you may well be on hold for a few minutes while you work your way through the queue.
