Sib. 5.x: Merging different scores into one file
Posted by David Sims - 10 Jan 06:07PM
Hi,
I'm currently writing a film soundtrack, and there are many different Sibelius files making up the score. They all have the same instrumentation, so I was wondering is it possible to merge them to create one big file? Obviously I could copy and paste but that never copies over time, key or tempo changes, also repeats or in fact anythin structural, and would take an age to sort out. Is there a way to do this?
Cheers
David

It does if you copy a System Selection I think?

But Append Scores is probably neater.

I've only got Sibelius 5 I'm afraid, can't find the append score anywhere...

See screenshot.

Note that to append scores you must have the same instruments in the same orders in all the files.
